After completing my Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky in 2005, I have worked in many different facets of pharmacy practice from retail, long term care, and consulting. One common theme that I have seen in healthcare is a lack of communication between the disciplines. The lack of communication was the driving force to create Congruence in Care. I wanted to bring a group of highly educated and compassionate healthcare providers together to provide the best care possible for our patients.
Lauren is a graduate of EKU with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and went on to obtain her Master’s in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner from Lincoln Memorial in 2010. We are excited to have her as a part of our team.
